We have been there.

We are experienced lovers, preachers and teachers of mindfulness and yoga. The mastermind behind Ginty Bunny, Gini, has survived the toll of many corporate roles through her use of yoga therapy, yoga, reiki and mindfulness, and now it’s time she passes on these practices.

Pupils and teachers are taken through a mindfulness 8-week course, where they progress through a combined program of yoga and mindfulness. Being age appropriate, we focus on self-awareness and self-talk, the ability to understand how the mind works and how important it is to know, set and commit to our goals in life. We also provide tools to problem solve friends and family relationships. These courses are poignant and vital for young people to learn how to work through life’s challenges. It enables them to identify their own values and connect with others more authentically, so they ultimately know they are not alone. 

  • The Women Warriors Workshop was absolutely fantastic! The workout was challenging, but in a great way. I could feel my core engaging and my hips felt much better afterwards too. The information on the menstrual cycle was amazing too. I never spoke about this stuff when growing up, we always swept it under the rug and just dealt with it.   • It’s only been a couple of sessions so far, so I’m not an expert, but I can see a difference already. [Gini] travels to our house for us, rather than making him do it with a big class with a whole bunch of kids (because group activities can overwhelm him a bit still). She is so lovely and really is making an effort to personalise everything for him. ⁠He is really liking it and gets on well with her, and I really feel like it’s helping him already.

  • I attended the first Women Warriors Workshop with an open mind and I was blown away! The session was so intuitive as Gini followed the flow of the group, rather than sticking to a regimented schedule. This made us all feel comfortable and heard. I learnt so much about the different cycle phases (which I have never of in school) and many yoga poses to help during these different weeks. I am so impressed by the power of yoga, I’m convinced this is a game changer!
